You'll coordinate with internal and external auditors, implement financial controls, and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial data analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including payment processing, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely submission of required documentation
- Monitor compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Communicate financial information to Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Identify process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Indonesian corporate environment
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and professional English
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Certification (Brevet A/B or equivalent) preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
