This critical role encompasses end-to-end accounting operations, from payment processing to financial reporting, with a focus on regulatory compliance and audit coordination. As a Mandarin-speaking professional, you will bridge communication gaps between international stakeholders and local accounting practices, ensuring seamless financial operations.
Our ideal candidate will maintain meticulous financial records, coordinate with internal and external auditors, and ensure adherence to Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK). You'll play a pivotal role in document management systems and contribute to month-end closing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete accounting cycle from payment processing to financial reporting
- Coordinate internal/external audit processes and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting regulations (PSAK)
- Maintain organized financial document filing systems
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data collection
- Support tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Indonesia
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis
- Certification (e.g., Brevet A/B) is preferred
- Experience in mining/industrial sector is advantageous
