Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing processes for the manufacturing entity.
- Perform detailed cost accounting, including variance analysis, standard costing updates, and production margin reviews.
- Oversee inventory management and conduct regular stocktakes to ensure physical-to-system accuracy.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Handle GST reporting and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with production managers to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, specifically within the manufacturing or production industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
