Join Bright Prospect as a key Accounting professional in our dynamic manufacturing division. We're seeking a detail-oriented financial expert to drive accurate financial reporting and support operational decision-making. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and analyzing journal entries, income statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures, monitor financial performance metrics, and implement robust accounting processes tailored to manufacturing environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze journal entries, income statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with subsidiary records
- Monitor manufacturing cost variances and inventory valuation methods
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with production teams to analyze operational costs
- Support internal and external audit processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years in manufacturing accounting or cost accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, MICPA) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
