Join Mattel's dynamic finance team as an Accountant and play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity. In this position, you'll oversee critical accounting operations including accounts payable processing, vendor payment coordination, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures. You'll ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and support internal/external audits while identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a global toy leader while developing expertise in corporate finance and regulatory compliance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable transactions and vendor payment cycles
- Perform bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards
- Assist internal and external audit processes
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
