Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and relevant tax regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global supply chain financial initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a multinational corporate environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
