Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including invoicing and billing.
- Execute daily collection activities and monitor aging reports to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations with high attention to detail.
- Utilize NetSuite ERP to ensure data integrity and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and audit preparations.
- Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- CPA license is a plus, but not strictly required for this role.
