People Profilers is currently seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our team in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health of our real estate portfolios through rigorous reporting and meticulous financial oversight.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of accounting functions, including group consolidation support, month-end closing procedures, and complex management reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes for property portfolios.
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare and reconcile financial schedules and data input sheets with high accuracy.
- Support corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors during interim and annual audit cycles.
- Provide treasury support, including cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for real estate assets.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor capital expenditure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the Real Estate or Property Development industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Solid understanding of IFRS/FRS and local tax regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for financial detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with various internal stakeholders.
- Experience with consolidation processes is highly advantageous.
