Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and provide insights to management.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- For Senior Accountants/Supervisors: Review work of junior team members, provide guidance, and mentor staff.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred, especially for Senior Accountant and Supervisor roles.
- Minimum of 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within financial services, fund administration, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
