PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated Accountant or Senior Accountant to join a dynamic finance team for a strategic contract assignment running through March 2027.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the broader accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their accounting knowledge within a high-profile corporate environment in Singapore's Central Region. You will work alongside a collaborative team of finance experts, gaining exposure to MNC accounting standards and processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including AP, AR, and GL maintenance.
- Perform timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities in compliance with IFRS/local standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Assist in tax filing preparations and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial data workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of local accounting standards and corporate tax regulations.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume transactional data with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
