We are seeking a meticulous and driven Accountant or Senior Accountant to join our dynamic General Ledger team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
- Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved timely.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide financial insights and support operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate governance, and statutory audit requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting systems, processes, and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in General Ledger accounting; hospitality or large-scale retail experience is a plus.
- Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of IFRS, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively within a diverse team.
