Neo Garden Catering is seeking a dynamic Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) to join our growing finance team in Boon Lay. In this role, you will be the backbone of our vendor management and payment processing functions, ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency for our diverse business units.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and staff claims.
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders to ensure financial integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- Prepare payment schedules, monitor bank balances, and execute fund transfers via internet banking.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including the preparation of accruals, journals, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and update vendor master data and ensure all tax compliance (GST) and audit requirements are met.
- Analyze AP aging reports and provide actionable insights to management for improved cash flow management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or general ledger functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Highly organized, meticulous with numbers, and committed to meeting tight deadlines.
