Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for management review
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Manage financial systems and ensure data integrity across all accounting platforms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory/managerial role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of Philippine GAAP, BIR regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management and development experience
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail in financial data interpretation
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting practices
