Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Handle travel expense accounting, reimbursements, and corporate card reconciliation for tourism/hospitality clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports using QuickBooks Online
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards and tax regulations (BIR, SEC)
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and budget variances
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast financial needs and support strategic planning
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, preferably in travel/hospitality
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven expertise in managing travel expense accounts and corporate reimbursements
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
