Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Conduct tax planning and advisory services to optimize financial strategies
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during reviews
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with tax specialization
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
