Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes for a diverse range of clients, including data entry, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare, review, and analyze accurate financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections while maintaining strong vendor and client relationships.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all ledgers.
- Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all BIR regulations, including the timely filing and payment of taxes (VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax) and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and optimize the use of cloud-based accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, audit support, and insightful reports to guide management and client needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly advantageous but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of solid general accounting experience, preferably within a client-service or shared-services environment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Comprehensive understanding of PFRS, Philippine Accounting Standards, and BIR tax laws and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and take initiative in a remote work setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
