Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Conduct monthly and annual financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits accurately.
- Assist in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Provide financial forecasting and budgeting support to management.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant accounting experience (Junior to Senior level).
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- CPA license is an advantage.
