Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and conduct expense audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and ensure full compliance with government tax laws.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support budget preparation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and Philippine tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
