Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and reconciliation processes
- Manage tax reporting and compliance requirements for corporate taxes
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure optimal cash flow
- Prepare documentation and data for internal and external audits
- Analyze financial trends and provide insights to management
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1/D3 equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
