Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees with statutory compliance
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for management review
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and vendor correspondence
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Assist in audit preparation and maintain financial documentation
- Support operational departments with financial data and administrative coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle accounting and payroll processing
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and labor standards
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Effective communication skills for internal and stakeholder interactions
