The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including journal entry postings, ledger maintenance, and the end-to-end invoice management cycle. Beyond core accounting, you will act as a key support pillar for our administrative functions, ensuring that records are accurate, compliance standards are met, and internal processes run smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, including accurate posting of journal entries and maintenance of general ledgers.
- Oversee the full-cycle invoice process, from preparation and issuance to payment tracking and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of management accounts.
- Maintain comprehensive physical and digital accounting records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure the office workflow remains efficient and organized.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding payment queries and administrative requests.
- Assist in year-end closing processes, including audits and tax documentation preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SQL) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
