Tanggung Jawab

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
  • Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments professionally
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards is a plus
