Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain financial records in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Indonesia
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
