Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify all invoices and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank and sales reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries as required.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized financial documentation and filing systems.
- Support the general ledger reconciliation process and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Handle petty cash management and expense reimbursements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an accounting administration or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
