This role is critical for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily operations, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. You will be the backbone of our financial operations, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating essential reports to drive business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Coordinate with sales teams to reconcile e-commerce order transactions
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Assist in monthly/year-end closing procedures and audits
- Support inventory reconciliation for e-commerce products
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance
- Excellent numerical accuracy and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is preferred
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
