Cahaya Kota Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Accounting Administrator with Mandarin language proficiency to join our finance team in Batam. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in financial systems. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and taxation regulations, and supporting monthly closing processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Accurate, or similar) to streamline financial operations and generate insightful reports. As a Mandarin-speaking professional, you will bridge communication gaps between international stakeholders and local finance teams, ensuring seamless financial operations across our Batam operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Handle accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax-related documentation
- Support annual audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Utilize accounting software (SAP, Accurate) for data entry and reporting
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting administration
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and taxation regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Accurate)
- Fluent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
