Join GoTeam's dynamic finance team as an Accounting Analyst and play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Controller in managing daily accounting operations while gaining exposure to complex financial systems and reporting frameworks. You'll be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our general ledger, driving month-end closing processes, and delivering actionable financial insights that guide strategic decision-making. As a key contributor to our finance department, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to optimize financial workflows and ensure compliance with both local regulations and international accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations with primary focus on general ledger maintenance
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and process inefficiencies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities
