As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial data, assisting in budget preparations, and providing analytical support to the management team. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and general ledger reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Assist in the annual audit process and internal control compliance.
- Monitor budget performance and identify variances to management.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with high accuracy.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and records efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Philippine GAAP or IFRS accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
