Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed analysis of financial statements and prepare comprehensive monthly reports for management review.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure all general ledger accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly and quarterly tax requirements in compliance with Philippine regulations.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Identify and investigate budget variances, providing clear explanations and recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all financial records and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve internal control systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience as an Accounting Analyst, Junior Accountant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) is highly preferred.
- Sound understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet strict monthly deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and coordination.
