Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily and monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the procurement process to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and present detailed inventory reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure all accounting practices comply with local financial standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve inventory-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions and audit trails.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory accounting or cost accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with Philippine tax and accounting regulations is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
