Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and process accurate invoices and billing statements in a timely manner.
- Manage and execute comprehensive tax reporting, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations.
- Record and maintain precise daily accounting entries, journal entries, and general ledger activities.
- Organize, manage, and safeguard critical financial documentation and records.
- Perform regular account reconciliations (bank, vendor, and customer) to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and support internal/external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as an Accounting Analyst, Junior Accountant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations; possession of Brevet Pajak (A & B) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
