Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and regulatory requirements
- Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledger integrity
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Develop financial models for strategic decision-making support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify financial trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
