Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
- Support the Order to Cash cycle, including invoicing, account reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements and performance reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any financial variances.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
