As an Accounting Analyst at Virginia Food, Inc., you will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, preparing detailed reports, and assisting in the month-end close process. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed financial analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the budget preparation process and monitor variances against the budget.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws and company accounting policies.
- Assist internal and external auditors by providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal controls and reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong understanding of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
