Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Analyze monthly financial reports to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor accounts on a timely basis.
- Monitor compliance with internal accounting policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and budgetary alignment.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis reports as requested by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or financial analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex numerical data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and healthcare industry accounting practices is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship records and high academic standing are encouraged to apply.
