Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes ensuring timely and compliant reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and monitor expenditure controls
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and internal financial policies
- Support audit preparations by gathering documentation and addressing financial inquiries
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in deadline-driven environments
