Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Perform variance analysis on financial results and provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in internal and external audit requirements, including preparation of supporting documentation.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the Record-to-Report cycle to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different business areas to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or analysis.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Cebu City.
