Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end Order to Cash processes including billing, accounts receivable, and cash application.
- Perform daily reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and aging analysis to support management decision-making.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding collections to ensure adherence to credit terms.
- Assist in the month-end closing process by providing accurate data and documentation for financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized records and providing necessary documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline OTC workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in an OTC or general accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and revenue cycles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume processing environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across various levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
