Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, BSP regulations, and internal accounting policies
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis for accuracy
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- CPA license is highly preferred
