Tanggung Jawab
- Verify accuracy of sales, payment, and inventory records to ensure data integrity
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial transactions and documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial report preparation
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document maintenance
- Collaborate with department heads to reconcile financial records
- Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and payroll documentation
- Maintain organized financial archives and secure record-keeping systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or administrative support
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
