Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process financial transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget monitoring
- Coordinate office operations and inventory management
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
