Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, BIR requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or compliance roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Tax Code and BIR regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
