- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Contribute to budget preparation and forecasting initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong academic standing with minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
