As the Finance Manager, you will serve as a key business partner to our executive team. You will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial management, from rigorous bookkeeping and tax compliance to complex financial forecasting and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process improvement and a track record of driving financial efficiency in the retail or supply chain sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance with BIR regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of accurate financial statements.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance reporting, and budget forecasting to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to maintain regulatory standing.
- Monitor cash flow patterns and manage working capital to optimize operational liquidity.
- Develop and document business processes to improve efficiency and maintain internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably within the supply chain, retail, or equipment distribution industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced knowledge of Philippine tax laws, financial reporting standards (PFRS), and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
