Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement strong internal control policies to safeguard company assets.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure full legal compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow and oversee treasury functions to optimize company liquidity.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and integrity.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Experience in process improvement and system implementation is highly desirable.
