Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Develop and implement strong internal control policies to safeguard company assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure full legal compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee treasury functions to optimize company liquidity.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and integrity.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Experience in process improvement and system implementation is highly desirable.
