Isola Capital Asset Management Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Accounting and Finance Officer to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing critical financial insights to support our strategic growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and treasury management tasks.
- Support the investment team with fund accounting and portfolio valuation reporting.
- Implement and improve internal financial controls to mitigate risk and optimize efficiency.
- Prepare management reports and provide variance analysis to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the asset management or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
