Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the general ledger and perform daily journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct bank reconciliations on a monthly basis to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the budget preparation process and monitor actual versus budget performance.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Manage and update fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, or Xero).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
