Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, data entry, and maintenance of general ledgers.
- Prepare and verify financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual tax filings (PPh, PPN).
- Coordinate with clients to collect necessary financial documentation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and intercompany transactions.
- Support the audit process by providing accurate and timely financial documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and internal accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or taxation (fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Accurate, Xero, or SAP is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
