Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure efficient financial operations
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage tax compliance including VAT, income tax, and local government filings
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy
- Compile and submit pre-qualification documents for tenders and partnerships
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Implement financial controls and internal audit procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent leadership abilities and team management experience
- Effective communication skills for financial reporting presentations
