PT. Fra Real Estate Consulting is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting and Tax professional to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the company's accounting and tax functions from the ground up. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and manage the full-cycle accounting process, including General Ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Lead and oversee the company's tax compliance, including NPWP registration, tax reporting (SPT, PPh), and liaising with tax authorities.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure transparency.
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and budget tracking to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during annual audits.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws (PPh, PPN, BKPM) and PSAK regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software) is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
